Where we are
Our office is in Arusha, with a second base in Moshi at the foot of the mountain for gear fitting and pre-climb briefings. Both are a short drive from Kilimanjaro International Airport.

What is the fastest way to get an answer?
WhatsApp, by a distance. It goes to the phone of someone who can actually answer it, and we are generally back to you inside an hour whatever the time of day.
Can I visit your office before booking?
Please do. If you are already in Arusha or Moshi, come in and we will go through routes on the wall map over coffee.
Do you speak languages other than English?
Our guides between them cover English, Swahili, German, French and Spanish. Tell us your preference when you book.
I have an existing booking and something has changed.
